5. There was a failure on the side of the store, or due to some kind of errors the store canceled the cashback.
6. You bought through the unofficial application of the store (fake application).
7. The product was added to the basket until the cashback was activated (do not add the goods to the basket in advance; if you added it, then: 1. remove these goods from the basket, 2. exit the store, 3. turn off and on the Internet, restart the browser, 4. activate cashback and buy.
8. If the seller adjusted the price after adding the product to the basket, this happens very rarely, but it does happen, the fact is that when the price changes, the seller’s page is completely updated and the tracker tracked by your cashback is deleted.
9. Your session has ended (ended). This happens if you have been choosing products for a very long time or, for example, accidentally switched from the AliExpress website to the TMALL section. If you activated cashback in TMALL, then going to the AliExpress website will also reset the activation of cashback.
10. You may have a virus substituting your Cookies (cashback), just download any available antivirus and check the device, as well as clear your browser’s cache and cookies or the AliExpress application if you activate cashback on your mobile phone.
11. And finally, before buying or adding goods to the basket, you visited or activated cashback in another cashback service, in which case the cashback can be credited to them.
